SweatYet? Terms of Use
Effective date: October 13, 2026
SweatYet? is operated by Bridgebranders LLC. By creating an account or using SweatYet?, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About SweatYet?
SweatYet? is a private fitness accountability app that helps people connect in Crews, share workout check-ins, and encourage consistency.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use SweatYet?. Minors must have appropriate parent or guardian permission and meet applicable legal requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
Provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not share verification codes or allow unauthorized access. Notify us if you suspect misuse.
4. Private Crews and Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, captions, and other content you submit. You are responsible for that content and for having permission to share it, including permission from people depicted. Sweat content is available to its author and authorized members of the Crews selected for sharing. Challenge kickoff media follows its Crew’s authorization rules. Limited inviter and Crew information is exposed through valid invitation previews. Recipients may retain copies, and content shared outside SweatYet? is outside the app’s access controls.
5. License to Operate the Service
You grant Bridgebranders LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate SweatYet? and deliver it to authorized Crew members. This license does not transfer ownership of your content.
6. Community Rules
Do not harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate others. Hateful, exploitative, unlawful, or abusive content is prohibited, as are spam, privacy violations, unauthorized access, and attempts to disrupt the service. Do not post content that infringes another person’s rights.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
Contact Braxton.barker@bridgebranders.com to raise an inappropriate-content or behavior concern. In-app reporting, user blocking and a dedicated moderation workflow are not currently implemented. Do not rely on those tools being available in this beta.
8. Fitness and Health Disclaimer
SweatYet? is not medical advice or personal training. You are responsible for your exercise choices and safety. Seek qualified medical advice before starting or changing an exercise routine, especially if you have health concerns. Stop exercising and seek help if you experience concerning symptoms.
9. Beta Software
Beta 1 is pre-release software. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Do not rely on the beta for critical records or uninterrupted service.
10. Founding Crew Benefits
Founding Crew benefits are planned temporary beta entitlements for the first 100 eligible activated testers. Planned eligibility includes completing onboarding and creating or joining a Crew while places remain. Invitations do not guarantee eligibility or lifetime access. Benefits are not yet available and may change.
11. Subscriptions
Apple subscription purchases and Restore Purchases are not currently available. Founding Crew benefits are planned complimentary temporary access, not a paid subscription. Any future purchase offering will explain its applicable pricing and billing terms before purchase.
12. Service Availability
We may modify, interrupt, or discontinue features as the service develops, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will communicate important changes where appropriate.
13. Intellectual Property
SweatYet? branding, software, and service materials are owned by Bridgebranders LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant ownership or permission to copy, redistribute, or misuse those materials, except as allowed by law.
14. Warranty Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bridgebranders LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or removes mandatory consumer protections.
16. Deletion and Termination
You can initiate account deletion in Profile → Settings → Delete account. Personal Sweat records and associated media are processed for deletion. Shared Crews may transfer to their oldest active remaining member or be archived if no active member remains. Other members’ Sweats remain. Processing may require retries; see the Privacy Policy and Delete Account page. Founding Crew grants are not currently operational. Their deletion and reactivation rules will be established before the program launches.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Alabama law, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
18. Updates and Contact
We may update these terms with notice where appropriate or required. For questions, contact Bridgebranders LLC at Braxton.barker@bridgebranders.com. Review our Privacy Policy and Delete Account pages for related information.
